Before sending your phone in for repair please read our instructions on the services page
Wrap your item in some bubble wrap and get the right sized box. Doing this will insure that your item not incur any more damage due to improper handling by the shipping company. We suggest using USPS with delivery confirmation.
It is up to you whether you get insurance or not for the phone, but if it is damaged it is your responsibility. You are welcome to use FED-EX or UPS as well. They have a great tracking system, but are usually more expensive.
Once we complete the repair we will let you know and you can arrange payment if you have not already made payment.
